This NEW mural material is just as wipeable as the Wipeable Board we’ve had for several years, with the added benefit that it can roll up, can be welded into one piece and grommetted for easier use on a stand! These work REALLY well with either Crayola Washable Paint, or with Crayola Markers. Both wipe VERY easily with water and a sponge.
These wipe VERY easily, taking one person with water and a sponge about 5-10 minutes. These work equally well with Crayola PAINT (Tempera or Washable), or with Crayola MARKERS (Regular or Washable). Both wipe very easily. Crayons are not recommended.
Most of our Wipeable Mural clients buy their own paint, as they'll need to restock at some point anyway. We'll provide a list of colors and suggested websites to buy from. We do offer our usual paint brushes (96 for $26), our metal muffin pans, or little paper ketchup cups.
For most events, we usually tell people “a day to a day-and-a-half”, depending your attendance, and how much traffic is in the area. For larger events, it might be less than a day. For camps or recreation centers, they will take much longer and can be spread over several sessions.
Usually, clients opt for larger murals if they're going with Single-Use materials, but slightly smaller sizes if they're going with Wipeable murals. A 16x5 is plenty big for most events, since you'll be wiping down often anyway. Consider the larger sizes only if you'd really like the look of having a larger mural.
On the Rollable Murals, UPS Ground Shipping is included to mainland US addresses. They roll up and fit into an 8" diameter tube (either 5' or 6' long).
We have mural stands available for short-term rental (the week or two of your event), and we also have a new option for a stand that you can purchase. Rental is $150, which includes shipping in and shipping back. Stand purchase ranges from $300 to $600, depending on size, and if you opt for the carrying bags. We can draw characters, buidings, statues, etc. on your request. We’ll place these new characters in with our others to create the scene of your choosing.
In most cases, this fee usually ends up between $100-$150.
