This is an ideal activity for company parties. It’s great eye candy, it can accomodate lots of people at a time, and hundreds of people throughout your event run.
We now have different material types, which give you two options when considering our murals.
Get a Mural to Rent Out
Consider getting a somewhat generic mural design (no client logos). Get the Wipeable Rollable Tarp mural material, which rolls into an 8” tube for easy transport. These work with either Crayola Paint of Crayola Markers, and wipe off REALLY easily with just water and a sponge. You could even wait to clean off back at your warehouse--if you have an area to hose off tent tops, you could clean it there.
Offer the Mural With a Client Specific Design
We can customize a design to include your client’s logo, or perhaps use a character set to match the client’s business. (For instance, we’ve used a construction design for Caterpillar, and an airshow design for Lockheed.) We can also put in a client’s marketing characters. We’ve put Ronald McDonald into a design for a McDonald’s company party.
HOWEVER...We encourage company party planners to look closer at the first option: buy a Wipeable Tarp that you can rent out. We think it’s better to look at this as a fun on-site activity, and not as much for “take home” activity for the clienht. We think the price point for a rental will be better for your clients than the price of a Single-Use customized mural would be.

Consider the Single-Use Tarp if you just need a mural for a one-day or one-weekend event, or if you plan to move the mural somewhere for display afterwards.
This mural works with kids tempera paint, or with markers. It is not reusable.

Wipeable Tarps are made of a plastic that you can just wipe off and reuse. These make sense if you’re at a multi-day event--where you’d like to start over every day. They’re in one piece, with grommets like a regular banner. It rolls into an 8” tube. We have Mural Stands available to rent.
You could also consider a charity angle with a mural like this. You could give the mural to a Boys & Girls Club or YMCA after the event. You, the sponsor, and the event could make a publicity moment out of it.
This mural works with Crayola Paint or Crayola Markers, and wipes off with just water and a sponge.

Below are several different design ideas. We’ve grouped them into four categories:
--Design examples with both a station and sponsor logos.--A design where a TV station provided their cartoon characters to incorporate into the mural.
--Signature-Message design ideas (Support The Troops, Komen Race For The Cure, etc.)
--New Illustration Designs created especially to feature a sponsoring business.
Below is a mural where a TV station provided characters from their shows for us to integrate into one of our designs.
Below are several examples of our Signature-Message murals. Do something like this for a “Support The Troops” at a July 4th event. (We’ve heard of organizations sending a mural like this to local troops serving overseas.) This concept also works for a “support the local team” event, or at a commemorative walk event, like Komen Race For The Cure events. Below are several examples of designs where we drew New Illustrations to really customize a mural design to match a sponsoring company’s interests.
We drew Carilion’s new hospital and the big star on a local mountain that’s a local landmark. We already had the medical staff and patients.
For Pacific Community Credit Union, we took our harvest design, and replaced the fruits and veggies with coins and paper money.
For Valero, we worked in local landmarks, a Valero store and branding, refineries and windmills, as well as kids cleaning up, planting trees and enjoying the waterfront.
For IGA grocery stores, we created a grocery shopping design.
For U.S. Cellular, we drew in their mascot “Cellby”.
For Baylake Bank, we drew a design featuring their bank, characters who look like they’re at the event, their cow mascot, and a cheesehead (they’re in Green Bay). The bank also sponsors a tall ships event later in the year, and they wanted to promote that. So we integrated tall ships into the design.
